Established by Brett Lethbridge in 2004, Lethbridge Gallery has a strong reputation for showing a diverse range of technically accomplished, high quality artworks.

ART AWARDS

LETHBRIDGE 10000

Lethbridge Gallery presents the Lethbridge 10 000 Small Scale Art Award, Australia’s largest small scale art award. This art competition has established a national reputation for exhibiting works demonstrating exceptional detail, skill, originality and creativity. The gallery uses this event as the main way to course new talent for the future. Lethbridge Gallery encourages all artists to enter and take part in their largest show.

Open to national and international artists for small-scale artworks, the award is judged based on three equally evaluated criteria of creativity originality and skill with $10 000 awarded to the winner.


CLAYTON UTZ ART AWARD

Lethbridge Gallery manages the Clayton Utz Art Award, a Queensland based award with a $10 000 first prize. The award is open to Queensland residents or artists with a strong connection to Queensland. 


ROTARY ART SPECTACULAR 

The Rotary Art Spectacular is Queensland's largest annual art exhibition which has been showing for almost 40 years. The prize has raised almost $2 million for Brisbane Rotary community projects and charity partners.

The Rotary Art Spectacular has been curated by Brett Lethbridge since 2015 and coordinated by gallery manager Simone Linssen.


BPP

The $50 000 Brisbane Portrait Prize is scheduled to open in 2019. 



PRINTS AND LIMITED EDITIONS

Prints and limited editions are available from a range of Lethbridge Gallery artists. If the artist has editions available they will be listed under ‘editions’ tab on the artist page.
